A full morning of activity for elephant and sheep alike! 🐑💛🐘

Little Khanyisa tries out a reverse-run through the bana grass before heading out with Lammie and Adine, carer Herman and Ops Manager, Schalk, for a morning walkabout. She gives her tiny limbs a good exercise, as she continues to try and master four-legged life as a growing elephant! The stables’ lucerne gets the better of sweet Sunshine before she gallops off again toward her friends.

She joins the team while they collect bana grass and load it onto the ever-helpful Terrific Red Tractor, before enjoying a splash and a graze on the grass around the Aquaponics garden at the orphanage! It may be quiet here, but there’s plenty to keep busy and happy with! 🐘💙🐑 Never a dull day in the life of a baby ellie and her sheep mom!
