Khensani is one of our three trainee elephant carers at HERD. She is a young lady from our local community that Adine selected for a training programme about two years ago when Mopane was still in the care of HESC.
Khensani has the sweetest and softest way with baby elephants, and despite her small frame, can really stand her ground as they grow.
