Khanyisa meets Sebakwe, the dominant bull of the Jabulani Herd.

Hello Uncle Sebakwe!

Khanyisa had the good fortune of meeting Sebakwe, the gentle giant of the Jabulani Herd. Sebakwe is the dominant bull and a very kind and caring elephant, though very protective of his herd.

He is well known as the Amarula elephant for featuring in various Amarula marketing campaigns over the years.

The morning went so well, and Sebakwe was so patient in waiting for his turn to say hello and introduce himself. Khanyisa kept with the females, but he eventually got a turn to touch her, even though it was brief.

Lundi kept her loving eye on Khanyisa as her allomothers Bubi and Klaserie fussed over for most of the morning. Keep watching for some “touching” moments between Khanyisa and Klaserie.
