I don’t remember how I came across Milú’s appeal. But I did.
She was plucked from a local pound by the marvellous rescue Cantinho da Milú. We don’t know how long she was in that pound. What we know is that she was a surrender. Why she was surrendered is a mystery.
She is a tiny little lady. I was told she was 12 years old back in 2024 when I adopted her. She was skinny. She had bits of fur missing. Her teeth are not all there anymore. And her eyesight is limited.
But she is a little warrior who loves nothing more than to walk with her 2 large sister dogs, chase pigeons and make sure the entire neighbourhood knows that this is her hood.
I doubt she is that old. She just had a hard life.
Now, of course, she has a cozy bed, homemade meals and long walks in the forest every day.
