To tag a friend in your posts in the community timeline, simply use the @ character and a list of your friends will be ready for your selection.  Alternatively, click on the user icon as shown below to pick who you wish to tag.  Please stick to tagging only friends.  Getting moderated for over-tagging can lead to a ban.
