Ways you can help spread the word that are cost-free

It’s no easy task to set up a platform like this. And it’s not cheap, either. I dedicated the better part of the last 4 years studying, designing and implementing everything you see in this platform. It is not perfect, by any stretch of the imagination, because it was very much built on a shoestring.

But, it’s ready to launch now.

I’m aiming for the official release in the first 2 weeks of July. Around the 8th.

As you can imagine, there is no way I can afford to pay for advertising. On my own, I can’t do it all.

So, I came up with a few simple ways you can help me spread the word that won’t cost you anything. Just a little bit of your time.

1. Follow us

Follow KindBunch on social media.
I’m only just starting to push KindBunch out on different platforms. So, every follow is very, very helpful.

2. Engage with us

We all know social media is governed by algorithms. And the biggest point-scorer for the algos is engagement. If you could leave a comment under the posts in the KindBunch socials, that will be a massive boost.

3. Tag, tag, tag!

Tag 3 friends. Sadly, these days, if we don’t pay the social media overlords, not even our friends can find us on social media. Pick 3 friends who are also animal lovers and tag them under one of our posts. They might like to hear about KindBunch too.

Head over to the KindBunch homepage, share it on your favourite social media and tag 3 friends. It’s the absolute best help I could get right now!

4. Your feedback

I made every single decision about how to implement this platform completely alone. And I’m not the brightest spark around. So, your feedback is imperative to me.

If you haven’t done so yet, start by taking the tour, where I guide through the platform and show you how it will work to raise money for homeless animals. Once you finish the tour, you’ll be invited to send me your feedback.

Your ideas, critiques will help me make this platform truly useful for animal welfare.

Take the tour

5. YouTube videos

I’m not very good at editing or producing videos, but what matters right now is to spread the word about KindBunch. So, I am editing a few simple videos to publish on YouTube. Please consider subscribing to the KindBunch YouTube channel. Help me reach more people by leaving a like and a comment under the videos.

6. Groups

Like Facebook, the KindBunch community will also have “groups” for all kinds of niches. There will be people who want to run a group about rabbits, or hedgehogs, pigeons, or horses. In these niche groups, like-minded people can join the group and ask questions, discuss, build local networks and exchange knowledge.

Who do you know? Do you know someone who runs a group in Facebook or Twitter? If you know someone who would like to run a niche group, tell them about us.

Here’s a page about our groups.

7. Rescues

There are so many fake rescues out there. So, I’ll rely on you to tell me who are your favourite animal rescues. After all, I built this platform to help them raise money every day to save more homeless animals. Tell them about KindBunch and let them know we’re here for them.

Just pick one of our social media accounts, head over there and tag your favourite rescues.

8. The directory

I’m very excited about the directory. Here is where service providers get listed. We’ll have pet groomers, vet clinics, hairdressers, restaurants, hotels, you name it.

For each listing, we will be raising between €30 and €90 per month for animal rescues. But, what’s most exciting is that, from early July, anyone will be able to make a booking with different service providers.

For example, make a booking with a pet groomer in your area. Once your appointment is done, you will receive €1 for you to donate to any appeal you wish to support.

Can you imagine the amount of money we will be raising every day for animal rescues??

So, help me spread the word. Tell your vet, your hairdresser, your pet’s groomer, petsitter and local restaurants about KindBunch.

Check out the directory.

9. The round table

Our newsletter is called the Round Table. Every day, I mail out the newsletter telling all subscribed members what is happening in the backend. Think of it as a think-tank. Every subscribed member is a member of this round table.

I put out some idea and include a poll for you to vote on.
Or, I’ll add a small questionnaire inviting you to send me feedback about how to make the community better.
I’ll also be sending out invitations this weekend for members of the round table to join the community early for you to get a real feel of how the community works.

Do you want to join the round table?
Subscribe to the round table and stay in the loop!

10. Spread far and wide

Tag 3 more people. Just because.
Every tag counts. And it will help so, so much.

11. Make it a habit

Come back to the supporters page. Stay in touch with the project. We launch in early July (I hope…). And, when you get bored, remember, you can always tag 3 more people 😉

Love and peace to you all.
Thank you for your support.
I hope you’re as excited about KindBunch as I am.
