  • My 18 year-old lab-mix is a big boy. He weighs about 30-40kgs(?)
He is having trouble with his back and back legs but he is in no pain.

I’m working on supports for when we take him for a walk, but now I’m looking at ways to make our home for accommodating for him to get around.

I have already bought him a special, low bed to support his back.
I also bought a lifted thingy for his food and water so he doesn’t have to bend so low.
What else can I do to make him more comfortable?

  • So, I started hiking lately and need some advice.  I worry that my dogs might end up with issues on their paws.  There are some jagged stones on the trails.  Any moment, one of them might get a cut and that will be a nightmare for them.

I know there are specialist boots for dogs to protect their paws.  Can anyone recommend?  Are dogs comfortable with these boots on?  Won’t they heat up or cause discomfort?

  • I tried yoga with my puppy a few years ago. It was a nightmare! But I spent 20 minutes laughing like mad at her. And, on top of it, I did get to stretch. I highly recommend it. With a pup like mine, you won’t get much done, but the memories, the laughs…its worth every second. Try it. #DogYoga #HealthyPets
