I tried yoga with my puppy a few years ago. It was a nightmare! But I spent 20 minutes laughing like mad at her. And, on top of it, I did get to stretch. I highly recommend it. With a pup like mine, you won’t get much done, but the memories, the laughs…its worth every second. Try it. #DogYoga #HealthyPets

My old boy turned 16 today. I came over to celebrate that. It’s hard to care for them in their old age. They get grumpy and need more of our attention, but they deserve everything.
